How can I pay?
All payments are issued safely through Shop Pay or PayPal.
How do I know you have received my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order details.
How do I know you have processed my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been shipped or is ready to be picked up.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you made a mistake while placing your order, email us email@example.com with your order details and changes.
Can I track my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping email you can check the status of your order anytime, using the tracking number provided.
I selected in store pickup, when can I pick up my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is ready to be picked up.
I selected in store pickup by mistake, what can I do?
You may send the shipping cost of $5.95 to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the payment has been accepted, your order will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, we are unable to cancel it.

How long will shipping take?
Please allow 3-12 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays) for processing. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
