Return Policy

ONLINE RETURNS

Eligible Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Any returns must be mailed within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, and it must be:

  • In their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
  • With all the tags, cards, boxes, and/or pouches included.

Please note: If our quality control team deems that your item is worn or handled carelessly, we will not process your return.

To process a return:

  1. Visit https://www.iluvindigo.com/.
  2. Sign in into your account, a one-time code will be sent
  3. Press "Orders"
  4. Select your order number
  5. Click "Request Return"

Customer is responsible for the reshipment costs of $5.00. If you wish to process the return in-store, you won't be charged.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Eligible items may also be returned at your nearest Indigo store for exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of receipt.

In-store returns do not incur the $5.00 reshipment fee.
