INDIGO jewelry is crafted using gold-filled, vermeil, 18k gold-plated, and 925 sterling silver materials.
To help preserve the quality and finish of your jewelry, we recommend the following care guidelines:

Avoid wearing jewelry in the shower, ocean, swimming pools, or while exercising.

Natural stones and pearls are delicate; prolonged sun exposure and heat may cause discoloration or damage.

Apply lotion, makeup, hairspray, and perfume before putting on your jewelry to avoid direct contact.

Protect jewelry from abrasive materials and harsh chemicals.

After each wear, gently wipe with a jewelry cloth to remove oils and residue.

Store jewelry in a pouch or jewelry box, separately from other pieces, to prevent scratching.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
For best results, we recommend using the INDIGO Cleaning Kit to help keep your pieces looking their best.
Fill a small bowl with warm water and add a few pumps of the cleaning foam. Allow your jewelry to soak briefly, then use the cleaning brush included in the kit to gently clean and reach detailed or hard-to-reach areas.
Once cleaned, rinse if needed, then pat dry with our soft, lint-free cloth or allow your piece to air dry completely before storing.
For delicate gemstones, pearls, or specialty materials, we recommend handling with extra care during cleaning.
WARRANTY
We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturer defects only. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, tarnishing, or damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents.
