Care Instructions:    

INDIGO uses  gold-filled, vermeil, 18k gold plated, 925 silver & some chains and findings, as they are a great alternative for solid gold at a modest price. Experts tell us that chemicals found in products we use everyday can make our jewelry look dull or darker with time, here are some tips to extend the lifetime of your product:

  • Avoid wearing jewelry in the shower, ocean, swimming pools, etc.
  • Natural stones are delicate, excessive heat from the sun can damage stones and pearls and can make them change color or even break. 
  • Apply lotion, make-up, hair spray, and perfume prior to putting on your jewelry avoiding direct contact.
  • Protect jewelry from abrasive materials and chemicals.
  • After each wear, gently wipe off any oils with a jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box or pouch.
  • Jewelry should be stored separately from other jewelry to prevent scratches.

Cleaning Instructions:

Plated jewelry should be cleaned periodically as it has been in contact with your skin, which perspires.

  • Wash plated jewelry with warm water.
  • Use a few drops of mild soap only if necessary.
  • A soft toothbrush can be used to remove dirt anywhere required.
  • Dry with a lint-free cloth or leave out to air dry.

Frequently asked questions

All products can be returned, except for Sale items and Gift Cards. Any returns must be mailed within thirty (30) days of receiving the merchandise, and it should be:

  • in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • with all the tags, cards, boxes, and/or pouches included.
  • Please note: If our quality control team deems that your item is worn or handled carelessly, we cannot process your return.

Orders that are beyond 14 days can only be exchanged for store credit. Any orders after 30 days will not be accepted for returns.

You can choose to return or exchange your item/s for a refund to your original form of payment (minus a $9.99 handling fee) or an exchange or store credit (at no fee).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been shipped or is ready to be picked up.

We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers online and at our retail location. Please bring your order confirmation email, order card or gift receipt ready. In order qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.
