SHIPPING
Indigo offers standard shipping on all merchandise orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note that during holidays and peak shopping periods, delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the postal carrier, Indigo is no longer responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or issues that may occur during transit. For any delivery-related concerns, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
IN-STORE PICKUP
For orders selected for in-store pickup, customers will receive the following email notifications:
