SHIPPING

INDIGO offers standard shipping on all merchandise orders. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and dispatch. Once your order has been carefully prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order and does not include carrier transit time. Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, and selected shipping method.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During holidays, collection launches, promotions, and peak shopping periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume. We truly appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed, including requests to change an order from shipping to in-store pickup after checkout.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Indigo is not responsible for delays, lost packages, failed deliveries, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once your shipping confirmation email has been received.

If a package is returned to Indigo due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or an unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees.

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the postal carrier, Indigo is no longer responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, damaged parcels, or any transit-related issues. For delivery concerns, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Indigo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier service interruptions, natural disasters, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Made-to-Order & Customized Items

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time. Estimated production timelines, when applicable, will be clearly stated on the product page.

IN-STORE PICKUP

For orders selected for in-store pickup, customers will receive the following email notifications:

1. Order Confirmation Email – Confirms that your order has been successfully placed.

2. Ready for Pickup Email – Notifies you that your order has been prepared and is available for pickup at your selected store.

3. Order Picked Up Email – Confirms that your order has been collected.

Please wait until you receive the “Ready for Pickup” email before visiting the store to ensure your order is fully prepared and available.

Pickup orders are available during the selected store’s regular business hours.

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of receiving the “Ready for Pickup” email. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be canceled and returned to inventory at Indigo’s discretion.

A valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required at the time of pickup. If someone else will be collecting your order on your behalf, please contact us in advance.
