RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Indigo, eligible merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are not offered.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• In their original condition, unworn, unused, and free of any signs of damage or misuse
• Returned with all original tags, cards, boxes, pouches, and packaging included
Please note that all returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. If our quality control team determines that an item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or careless handling, the return will not be accepted.
ONLINE RETURNS
To request an online return:
- Sign in to your account
- Select “Orders”
- Choose your order
- Click “Request Return”
Approved online returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Eligible items may also be returned at any Indigo store within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit only.
There are no return shipping fees when completing your return in-store.
Please bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase at the time of return.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@iluvindigo.com so our team can assist you promptly.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
• Gift Cards
• Sale or discounted merchandise
• Limited edition or limited collection pieces
• Earrings (for sanitary reasons)
• Customized or personalized jewelry
• Permanent Jewelry services
• Piercing services
