Please note: “Permanent” refers to the clasp-free welding - not that the jewelry is unbreakable. Our chains are made from fine, high-quality materials and can last for months or years with proper care. However, like all delicate jewelry, they can break if pulled, snagged, or caught.

Our Chains
We use high-quality gold-filled materials that are hand-selected and tested for long-term wear. These chains are designed for daily use but remain delicate - please avoid pulling or snagging them.
Care & Maintenance
• Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
• If it catches or pulls, it can break - store it safely if it comes off.
• Keep away from pools and the ocean to preserve the gold finish.
• We offer complimentary re-welds within 14 days of your appointment (or a small service fee afterward).
• If you ever need to remove it for a medical procedure, you can safely cut it with scissors and bring it back to us for reattachment.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do - though we recommend booking online to secure your spot.
Can my child get one?
With parental consent, we can weld for ages 2 and up. Please consider factors such as sports or activities that could cause tugging or wear.
Will it set off a metal detector?
No, it will not trigger airport or security metal detectors.
Is it really permanent?
It’s “permanent” because it’s welded without a clasp - meant to stay on until you decide to remove it. Like any fine jewelry, it’s long-lasting but not indestructible.

Please note: Our permanent jewelry is made with high-quality Gold-filled chains, chosen for their long-lasting shine and durability. While gold-filled is much more resistant than gold-plated jewelry, it is not solid gold. Over time, the finish may naturally soften depending on your skin’s chemistry, lifestyle, and product exposure. Sterling silver may gently oxidize over time - this is a natural characteristic of silver and can be easily restored with a quick polish. With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its beauty for years.
